There was an incident tonight at the St. Louis Airport. C.M. Punk was coming into town from the show tonight in Omaha. A fan asked Punk for an autograph and Punk turned him down. We don’t know the story behind it other than apparently the fan may have been rude in his approach.

But this led to another fan yelling at Punk and causing a scene at the airport. This wound up with Punk throwing the man’s autograph book in a garbage can. The next thing you know, airport police are there with Punk and the guy, with Punk very annoyed at having his time wasted. Other WWE wrestlers were asking fans if they knew “the fat guy” (the guy whose book Punk threw in the garbage can). Punk later went on Twitter and made a mention of “unacceptable behavior” and “One person ruins it for everyone” saying he wanted to thank all the respectful fans at the airport tonight and how he just doesn’t like rude people.

    Punk lives up to his name. what a jackass. “who’s the fat guy” they do realize the reason they have the big house and the 50 cars is because “the fat guy” and others like him are the reason they make money like they do. That’s why aside from certain dvd’s wwe get none of my money. if other companies released the same dvd’s as wwe they would get my dollar instead.

      Punk does not have a Big house or 50 cars, you are talking BS, he is not Austin my friend, besides, the busines is not what it use to be, if he did have all of that, there is no justification for anybody to be rude agaist him or any body that has those thing, and what do you know about this fat guy buying something from WWE, are you the guy? did you know him?, NO!, so STF UP

    Yeah, got to ay that when superstars get reports like this – no matter how ignorant or insensitive the fans might be – it looks really bad. JR and Foley both said it best, they won’t sign an autograph while going to the toilet, but any other time, unless the fan is REALLY acting like a prick, then as public figures getting paid a LOT of money, they do have a certain responsibility, far above what a regular athlete would have. Wrestlers are entertainers, and get belts because of the way they represent the company (we all know how this works), and as a BIG time CM Punk fan it pains me to read things like this, because it reflects really badly on him. And obviously I say that as someone who wasn’t there, didn’t see what happened and only has a report like this go go on. If Punk was a monster heel (like ‘Taker, Kane etc) then I’d understand him playing out the role in public – that’s art of the show, but ‘CM Punk’ isn’t that kind of character.

    I have been telling people this….since he has become WWE champ and he has become one of Vince’s main cash cows….Punk has become more arrogant and then the fact wrestlers have no respect for their fans by calling them names!! Wow the fat guy is the one watching your show, buying your PPV, toys, and etc. Money will change a person in an instant and a love of money is the root of all evil. What happened to the respect for all people like he preached during his rant against people who disagree with same sex marriage?

    Before anyone passes judgment on Punk, he’s right in saying that the way you ask has a lot to do with the reaction you get back…if you’re coming off as rude you have to expect a rude response back….I know it’s the fans that make it possible for them to be famous and be successful, but they’re still people…..

    You guys should check out twitter. The guy that had an altercation with punk is the one that is a known jackass. He’s been done for harassing colleagues and has also been known to harass other WWE stars before in the past. According to the reports on Twitter he has had a previous run in with Punk and guess he just pushed him too far. It’s nothing to do with WWE stars acting above their station, it’s to do with people respecting other people.

    Is a fat guy, its not like he turn down a kid, beside, Punk sead in his promo, remember? “at five in the morning in the airport, you tried to shove it in my face just to get a contract and sell it on Ebay, because you are to lazy to go get a real job”, he literatly hate this type of people, he sead it in his promo. If he turned down a kid, everyone shut go hard on him for what he did, mater fact, I would feel like the belt belt shut be strip from him, but it was a “fat” grown man and its not like he was a CM Punk fan eather, he was just a guy who wants to get an autographth for his book of autograph and was acting a bit rude, what a joke
