Dolph Ziggler was reportedly livid with Sin Cara following Sunday’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match for a World Heavyweight Championship Contract at Money in the Bank.

According to SuperLuchas.net, a source within WWE says Ziggler vocally complained backstage over the SmackDown Superstar working stiffly and failing to protect him during a high risk maneuver off the top turnbuckle known as The Spanish Fly.

The errant spot nearly injured Ziggler, not to mention spurred a dubious Twitter trending topic—”Botch Cara.”

According to their source, Ziggler plans to file a formal complaint to WWE management over Sin Cara so they can review the case further and decide whether the the high-flying grappler faces punishment.

In Sin Cara’s defense, footage from the pay-per-view indicates that Ziggler caused the spot to fail by slipping twice on the rope.

    it was botch ziggler’s fault. hes not too talented anyways. i even seen it was either tensai or santino botch that power bomb

    Dolph made a mistake and did mess up the spot, however, how can any one imply Dolph isnt talented, he is perhaps one of the most promising on the roster, He reminds me of Curt Henning / Tito Santana / Ric Martel.. he has the talent, the raw natural ability, and takes a great bump

    I’ll admit, that spot freaked me out.. it seemed obvious to me fot 5-7 seconds it wasn’t going to got well. Cara has too call an audible too something else and protect your fellow grappler.

    Yah i dont know why he would be mad at sincara for that, there were a couple missed spots early on in that match. If anything he should be pissed at Tensai for throwing him into the announcers chair late in the match, I thought he landed right on his neck, it looked real nasty!! But i still say Christian took the worst bumps of that match, he deserved the win.
