– The 1/4 WWE SmackDown on Syfy drew 2.72 million viewers. This is up from last week’s show on 12/28 that drew 2.66 million viewers. The final rating will be out shortly.

– At weekend WWE live events, Tensai was doing a comedy gimmick where he would lose in matches to Santino Marella and would yell “Don’t call me Albert” to fans in attendance. For those unaware, Tensai was originally promised to be a main event star and have a feud with John Cena when he originally agreed to re-sign with WWE. He was a huge star overseas in Japan before leaving to return to WWE.

– Samuray Del Sol is denying rumors that he has signed a contract with WWE. A reputed talent contract from him was circulating online, but Del Sol shot it down on Twitter:

“Amigos I am not signed with WWE just ignore the photos and rumors, if you don’t see it posted on my website, twitter or Facebook, not true!”
